Price is so affordable and facilities great for the price.

One can have a comfortable night sleep with all the basic necessities such as bed, towels, table and chair, as well as breakfast with minimum price.

Located just 20 mins away from Metz centre, it is a convenient hotel to stay minus the excessive cost of a five star hotel.

Room so basic it is unbelievable, we had to drag suitcases up 2 flights of stairs, wifi doesn't work, room boiling hot and stank of stale smoke, even though it was a no smoking room

We arrived 22.10- the reception was closed but a 24/7 bookingmachine was outside, were you can order, or take out your prepaid keycard. But the machine was out of order. we tried to call the emergency number, only to be met by a pre voiced message that they were closed. we tried to call other hotel premiere class in the city, same story. the only thing to do was to find a new hotel.

next day we go back to the hotel to get a refund. The receptionist refused to believe that the machine was out of order that night, i show him a video of the machine being out of order and he said: "you should have called the emergency number". then i show him the phone log, and he responded with calling the number, and i say: "ofcourse the number is working now, it is opening hours". he stared a loooong chat with the person on the phone, only to tell us that we should have called the number again and again.

i was fortunate that i filmed the machine, but unfortunate that i did not record the pre voiced message, but then again he wouldn't refund ever! they stole our money and time. Dont ever Prepay!

This is a cheap hotel and rated it accordingly. We paid 28 euro for two people for a night which is cheaper than a hostel so I'm not going to complain. If you want somewhere cheap it's great but don't expect customer service or a large room, it's like a cabin room but did the job
