Stayed one night on our outward journey, so disappointed and upset with the hotel I changed to a different hotel on our return journey.
Firstly, room was booked for three adults. Beds consisted of two singles and a bunk bed over the two singles. Room was minuscule to the point I had to leave our cases in the car because there wasn’t room for them in the room.
Room was excessively hot with no air conditioning. No fans available or provided.
I now wish I had taken pictures of the so called ‘bathroom’. It was absolutely ridiculous in size. It’s basically a tube shaped area with a toilet sink and shower in. I’m 6’2” and could barely close the door whilst sitting on the lavatory. As for the shower, only half of me fitted in the cubicle so I had to get out and turn around to was the opposite side of me due to the tiny size of the shower area. To put it bluntly, if you bent over the sink to brush your teeth your rear end was in the shower!!!!!!!
This was my second time staying in a Campanile hotel and I would def think twice about staying with them again.
The room may be ok for a last minute last room available emergency stop over but not for a family of three staying overnight whilst holidaying.
Breakfast - Mediocre selection which we had to keep asking for items to be replenished.
Sadly a disappointing experience. The photographs of the rooms don’t do justice to the awful quality of them in reality.

I took note of your dissatisfaction, however our hotel file is consistent with the product we have and deliver on site,
Maybe you should have looked in which hotel you had made your reservation since we are not a CAMPANILE which is in range 3 * but a first class in 2 * standard, the price you paid was accordingly
Maybe you have confused the 2 products .

Not in a bad place. Check in using the machine was really simple, staff were lovely, breakfast good. However, the fire door was propped open all night by a guest and obviously there was no alarm to say it was open - hardly secure when there are families and women travelling alone staying there.

Always good chain of Hotels: Good service, very clean, quiet locations, close to food outlets and other types shops.
The only two things we need to mention are the following: Would be nice to have, Let's say, 4 pillows instead of just two. This would, at least, give you a choice of how to sleep more comfortably.
The other thing is that this is the "old style" of hotel rather than the "newer style" found like in Chartres. It does the job but you do get very spoiled after having the bigger rooms, lovely en-suite bathroom, etc.

Hallo, bedankt voor dit goede rendement. Ik ben blij te weten dat je genoten hebt van ons hotel en onze diensten.
Voor kussens kunnen we geen extra's in de kamer plaatsen voor diefstal. Aarzel echter niet om tijdens de openingstijden om 2 extra te vragen bij de receptie, we zullen u graag vooraf inhuren voor een betere nachtrust.
Ons hotel blijft standaard en we renoveren het beetje bij beetje. In de hoop u de volgende keer nog meer te voldoen. Met vriendelijke groet, Jérôme C. Directeur

Although our rooms were clean the beds were hard. Good no frills breakfast. Staff helpful. Computer check in easy. The fire escape was open all night with a brick, this is a cause for concern as children and females staying and anyone could gain access, suggest an alarm for when fire doors opened. Good value.

Hello,
Our emergency exits are connected to the emergency stairs in case of fire. Indeed, some customers go out to smoke or to take a ride.
During hot weather like today, we leave open ourselves to make a draft for the well being of our customers.
We have a night watchman watching and doing his rounds all night to check that everything is going well.
In addition, we have smoke detectors, I myself ask the smokers not to smoke in the rooms because there are ashtrays on each floor behind the exit door.
Thank you for your suggestions but if you want to be woken by an alarm and potentially the siren, at least every 15 minutes at night, we want to install this alarm. If not, I think it is better for us and for you than we do not put it.
