Stayed here Tuesday to Friday from 19th March 2019. It's a 1 star hotel so don't expect too much. We were given a ground floor room, which actually was fine. The water pressure in the shower was good - perhaps due to being on the ground floor? The beds were comfortable and clean and new towels each day. It is small room and there's precious little wiggle room to get dry in the 'bathroom'. Our room did not smell of smoke, but I saw a bloke smoking out of an open window on the top floor. The windows open fully, unlike UK Travelodge's and alike. There's no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, but a vending machine in the foyer. It's ideal for White Van Man to stay over and indeed a few WVM were doing so. It was relatively quiet too. There's free wifi. The great points of this hotel are it's location and free secure vehicle parking and of course the price. It's a short walk to the tram which takes you to the Paris Metro. There is a Total petrol station and two family restaurants next door. Walk over the bridge and there's a McD and pizza restaurants. I wouldn't rush back personally, but it fulfills a need.

We planned low cost visit, this time to Paris. That's why this hotel popped up. I've been in similar hotel before so I wasn't much surprised by size of the room or small plastic bathroom. Actually hotel has a very good position, there are fine restaurants really close to it and tram stop from where you can get to the center comfortably. Normally I would give hotel like this 4* because of balance cost/quality. You can get breakfast for 6EUR which is simple but will do it's job to feed you and in general is OK. I will start with positives then:
1. Location - as I wrote, really good in my opinion
2. Staff - we got really good experience, they were nice and helpful
3. Service - rooms were clean everyday with new towels
No negatives:
1. No working ventilation. With bathrooms so small this is a must. This in our opinion has caused ->
2. Mildew - in one corner of the room, friends in another room got more. We were on 6th floor, on the top. My girlfriend is allergic and was quite an issue.
3. Cold/hot water - in order to bath in warm water, we had to wait once several minutes until it started to flow. Cold otherwise.

We are delighted to have welcomed you and your friends in our hotel.

Indeed, the most important point for tourists is really the location and price of the hotel.
You have the possibility to reach Paris in less than 30 minutes.
Our staff is always very caring for the guests and do their best to make every visitor's stay as enjoyable as possible.
For breakfast, it is indeed effective and inexpensive.

Regarding the negative points.
Indeed, the shower stall is very narrow, unfortunately in budget hotels like ours we do not have the option to make bathrooms.

But actually decent, clean and quiet - except for the dripping water in the bathroom that was fixed without asking for it. My wife would have liked at better mattress though. The breakfast is worth the money. However, don't expect a huge hot buffet for less than 6 Euros. Only 5 minutes' walk from T2 and thus less than 15 minutes from La Défense.

First of all I’d like to say the photographer that took photos of the rooms, send me your details because WOW! What was shown in the pictures is nothing like the actual rooms. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but this hotel lacked in everything. The room that we had was very small. The lighting was horrendous. The bathroom was tiny. The rooms and corridors smelt like a combination of wet dogs and cigarettes. The two male staff members that I encountered were obnoxious and very unwelcoming.

However, the cleaners were lovely and very helpful regardless of the language barrier. The hotel in terms of cost is good if you’re travelling on a budget (like a really tight one.) The location is good, tram stop is a brisk 5 minute walk. The petrol station opposite the hotel is open 24 hours if you want some snacks (avoid the haribos!)

I spent here 5 nights and it was terrible. When I saw that room I wanted to go away. It was so small. And the bathroom... Oh my God. It was the smallest I ever seen. I have never been in France,so I don't know if it's normal, but I think it's not.There was only one small window. The curtain was dirty. And there wasn't any wardrobe. It looks good in the foto. But photos are fake. If I knew it before, I woldn't go there.

First of all, I would like to come back to a phrase that particularly caught my attention.
You say: the photos are fake.
all the photos put on the site have been approved and verified by the site TRIPADVISOR which is a internationnal and recognized site. I do not think that such a site will take the risk of putting false pictures on a hotel that receives a lot of customers.
In addition, we inform you that our hotel is a low budget hotel and closer to Paris. For your next stays, for a room with dressing we advise you to book Georges V which are located on the Champs Elysées.
