I see a lot of emotional reviews here so I'm going to try to be as objective as possible about this hotel and let you make your own mind up.

Pros:
1. Location is not bad - There is a tram station easily walkable and a bus stop across the street and from those two locations you can easily reach anywhere in the Paris area without much effort.
2. Price - You won't find a better price on a hotel in Paris.
3. Location again - There are numerous restaurants, pubs and bakeries very nearby. We were able to find several things in the area that surprised us as we expected this area to be much more low key.
4. Staff - They were generally nice to us and tried to be helpful.
5. Cleanliness - The hotel and rooms were immaculately clean. No complaints there at all.
6. What you expect. This hotel is close to what you expect for a near-hostel like experience.

Cons: (And I note that most of these are out of the control of the manager of the property)
1. The beds are simply too hard to sleep on. My two boys and I found the beds nearly too hard to sleep on and they are used to sleeping in sleeping bags on floors.
2. Pillows - The pillow supplied are small and worn. When we asked for second ones, we were told they had none. This is one thing they can fix. Better pillows and having the ability to give people a second one is pretty standard in the hotel business these days.
3. Bathroom size - There is nothing that can be done about this, but be prepared that the bathrooms are even smaller than you imagine - Think of them as being the size of a airplane bathroom and you are on the right track. It was difficult for my eldest son, who is tall, to take a shower in the facility because he is lanky and had trouble stretching out his arms.
4. Facilities - There is literally not a couch or chair to be found in the lobby. There was a night when I first arrived where I was unable to sleep due to time zone changes and I went down to just let the guys sleep and couldn't find anywhere to sit but one lonely bar stool in a corner. No couches to be found and they don't allow you into their dining area outside of meals. This could be fixed by management - Allowing people to go in there to play cards, rest or read would be an easy fix.
5. Location* - Because this town is slightly outside of Paris, the tram does cost an extra 2 tickets round trip when you go into Paris. No big deal but multiply it by 3 and stay for several days and it does eat into the budget just a tad - In our case, 5 days of 12 dollars round trip added up - We ultimatly did that round trip 6 times and that is an extra $72 in fares on that tram - We could have taken busses however and saved this - we were just fond of the tram as it was quicker.

Overall - This is a hotel that is only slightly more than a hostel - The beds being hard is the one thing we had the most issues with. None of us got a good night's rest ever. That said, the location is pretty great, the price point is probably about appropriate and inexpensive and the hotel was generally quiet.

I will note as said before - there are no air conditioners in the rooms that I saw - We were there in winter so no big deal, but I would keep it in mind for summer travels.

Thank you for posting your review. Sorry that the room you have reserved does not meet your expectations. Our rooms are of an area of 12 m2 and have a work plan, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat screen TV and free access to the wifi network "the essential for a good night. " Our prices are the cheapest in Suresnes and you get at least 15% off the restaurant Le comptoir.

This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in. The breakfast staff were rude, the bathrooms were too small and to top it all off, the hotel policy is they DON'T order taxis for guests staying at the hotel.
