Hotel Première Classe Hotel Rouen Sud - Zénith - Parc des Expositions, 1 star, was renovated in 2007. It has since a capacity of 71 rooms for 1, 2 or 3 people, all air conditioned and equipped with a cabin shower and toilet.
It can accommodate groups as well as families or business travelers. Its location in Saint-Etienne du Rouvray, just outside Rouen (3 and a half miles away), allows easy access to the exhibition center (a quarter mile away), nine economic activity zones, including the universities of Madrillet, but also the local region famous for its numerous forests, parks and gardens.
On the leisure side, the Zénith of Rouen and the FCR stadium are also very close. This hotel can be an ideal stopover point along highway A13 (exit 23) as it is 30 miles from Evreux, 63 miles from Dieppe, 50 miles from Le Havre, 55 miles from Etretat and 75 miles from Paris. In the same "Parc Expo" industrial zone, 15 minutes away on foot, the Campanile Restaurant will warmly welcome you for lunch or dinner.

- The hotel has easy access to the motorway which is an advantage. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Great for access to Rouen- the T4 bus stops outside & there are regular services into the city for 1,70 euro-easier than trying to park.
There is a portugese restaurant , a Dominos & a Paul's so there are a few places to eat.
There was some road noise but not too bad.
All in all great value for money!

Entrances we’re not disabled friendly , doors didn’t open wide enough, had to Timor and lift wheelchair to get into reception and breakfast area. And move tables and chairs from cramped eating area, Room facilities were not disabled , not enough room between bed and main door to turn wheelchair , Hotel advertised as disabled friendly - this was not so - walls thin rooms are concrete painted and ceilings so could hear neighbours all night

People smoking on the outer belcony is the main reason where loud chatting was regularly accompanied by the rediculous alarms on every dooor which indicated that it had not shut properly. I should of took notice of other reviews and stayed well clear!

Staff friendly and helpful – dog made most welcome
Will recommend the Breakfast as it is excellent value and fill that need
Chinese restraint 200 mtr away – good meal and a glass of wine at a fair price
Recommend using sat nav to find as the back streets of Rouen always prove a challenge to me
