Good value modern hotel. Clean and practical. 5 min walk from main train station and new modern coach station with shopping complex. Suited me for later arrival from airport (and early train to Auswitch via Katowice for day trip)
Generally quiet on the 4th floor but some noise from trams and traffic - ask for a room facing the back of hotel. Good free wi-fI. Friendly staff. Didn't try bereakfast - €6 extra. Plenty of eating places in top floor food court of shopping centre. Also supermarket next door.

It's a 20-25 min walk to old town but 9 and 15 tram outside hotel take you there quickly. All buses and trams have English ticket panel onboard. Simply use contactless bank or credit card - no paper ticket given. Great row of cool bars under the railway arches nearby hotel at boguslowskiego - try Lamus for great cheap czech beers.

For the price and location I was very happy with the place. The room was clean and quiet. A very nice, modern bathroom with a very good shower. Comfortable bed.

A bit of a walk to old town, takes about 30 min, but there is a tram going right outside the hotel. There is also a very good and modern shopping center next door.

We travelled with two dogs and there was a huge private back yard behind the private parking lot.

The welcome was ok, the smell in reception is not great, smells like drains or something! Room was ok not that great, air conditioning didn’t really work it got red hot at night, didn’t sleep that well. Although very quiet, as it’s on a main road I would of thought we would of heard traffic but not a peep.

I thought I will never back here but life is full of surprises and one year later I had a chance to check if smth has changed. Well no.
Simple rooms, quite clean. This time we had car at the parking so there was no robbery. Guest were more quiet and there was SGP at CANAL+ won by Tai Woffinden so general note is better than last year :)
We had some problems with AC (not nice smell) also but fortunately weather was generous to us so it wasn't necessary to switch AC on.
